764 Tanglewood Drive - Annie Brown
This home was built in 1956 as part of the original Cordova Park development. Annie became the owner in January of 2013 and started rework of the interior including demolition of the old kitchen and baths, opening walls and reconfiguring the kitchen, dining room and master bathroom. A favorite part of the renovation was the lifting of the ceiling to the roof in the kitchen and dining room area. Extensive re-work of exterior railings and carport were done as well. Annie loves gardening and has done a beautiful job landscaping her yard.

848 Tanglewood Drive - Jeff & Lacy Phillips
Built in 1960, the Phillips purchased the home in 2011 and began an extensive remodel. Architectural enhancements include a Chippendale style railing board and batten paneling and gas lanterns. The kitchen and baths were all redone allowing for new cabinetry and materials, such as marble and granite. Unique vintage light fixtures and an antique set of doors on custom metal tracks, hiding the pantry are a few details of how old materials were combined with new to create a comfortable elegance. Decorating priority was to make the home family-friendly. They enjoy Christmas with their three young children.
