Weddings & Receptions at St. Christopher's

Reception
For receptions at St. Christopher’s the following applies:
Fees

- Set up times with the clergy for premarital counselling (required).
- Complete a Wedding Application and set a wedding date with our Parish Administrator, Michelle Haskew ([email protected])
- Note that we observe a minimum 30-day waiting period after the Wedding Application has been received.
Reception
For receptions at St. Christopher’s the following applies:
- For all wedding receptions in our Parish Hall or on the grounds: Ice Tea, Water, Lemonade and Coffee will be set out by our facilities staff unless you request otherwise.
- Other drinks like bottled water, sodas, beer or wine should be supplied by the bride and groom or their families. Remember to designate and/or hire bartenders of legal age if alcohol will be served in the Parish Hall. (See our Wedding Customary for further directions.)
- If you cater your wedding reception, please let our Parish Administrator know how many tables should be set up for you. Be sure to ask your caterer to arrange the food on the tables upon their arrival or designate a friend or family member to do so. Our facilities staff does not serve or clear food for the caterer.
- Our facilities staff will assist you with clean up following your wedding and/or reception.
