Labyrinth & Meditation Garden

All are welcome
Experience the quiet and calming atmosphere of St. Christopher's Labyrinth and Meditation Garden for personal growth and healing. While silently walking the Labyrinth you can seek spiritual guidance; still your heart and mind; deepen your relationship with God; or find serenity and balance in your life. There is no right or wrong way to walk the labyrinth, except for the need for silence.

Breathing
Your experience of the Labyrinth can be enhance by repeating a breath phrase/prayer as you walk or sit. Pick a short phrase or prayer, like "Feel the Calm". As your breath in say "Feel the" and "Calm" as you breath out. This helps you to breath more deeply and regularly and block out those distracting thoughts.
