2025 Christmas Caravan Arts & Crafts Show
Dear Artist and/or Crafter,
We had a very successful show last year and are looking forward to 2025!
We invite you to apply to be a participant in the annual St. Christopher’s Arts and Crafts Show.
St. Christopher’s ECW (Episcopal Church Women) is committed to making this show a great
success and our Publicity Committee is already working to make sure the Pensacola community
is aware and excited about this year’s Christmas Caravan tradition. Our convenient East Hill
location on high traffic 12th Avenue will allow for banners and other signage for a full month
prior to the event. Our Publicity Committee has budgeted an extensive campaign to maximize
public awareness of and interest in our event.
All activities will be concentrated on our campus. There will be raffles, pet adoption, outdoor
cookout and other great foods served from our kitchen for dining under tents outside with the
vendors.
A general information sheet and an application form are included for your review and use. If
you have any questions, please contact Pat Fogg, at (850) 384-4800 or [email protected]. You
can visit St. Christopher’s website at scpen.org to learn more and to e-file your application
form. This is a juried show and you will be notified promptly of your acceptance. If you
participated in our previous shows, you are automatically accepted and you will not be required
to send photos. Commercial vendors may apply but the Caravan Committee reserves the right
to screen commercial offerings for content.

GENERAL INFORMATION & RULES
LOCATION:
- St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church

EXHIBITOR CHECK IN AND SETUP:
- Outdoor: 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Friday December 5, 2025. Tents may be set up on Thursday at your own risk
- Indoor: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Thursday December 4 and 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Friday December 5
ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW DATES:
- Friday December 5 9:00 a.m. — 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday December 6 9:00 a.m. — 3:00 p.m.
SECURITY:
- Security will be on duty from 5:00 p.m. Friday to 7:00 a.m. Saturday.
- St. Christopher’s Church is not responsible for any losses.
PARKING:
- Plenty of Vendor Parking is in the City Park, immediately south of the Church property.
IN FAIRNESS TO ALL:
- All exhibited items must be your own creations, with exception of Commercial Vendors.
- You may not bring pets
- You may not sell food (for immediate consumption)
- No refunds after November 7, 2025 (unless we can rent your space)
- Electricity is not available at many outside booth locations, except for the porch
- Vendors must stay until the show ends both days
