254 Severin Drive – Diane Appleyard
Diane first knew this home as a teenager when she visited the Tippins family who built the home in 1960. She noted how much they enjoyed the porch that overlooks the Bayou. The home has 3500 square feet. She bought the home in 2003, and had the help of Betty Gail Peters in opening it up allowing view of the water from virtually every room. Keeping the wonderful New Orleans feel of the home with its columns and wrought iron, she has modernized the baths and added a pool and a new dock. What a pleasure to watch the fish jump and the pelicans feast!
For the holidays, Diane enjoys bringing out her eclectic collection of treasures from her travels around the world.

3350 North 18th Avenue- Jim and Ann Hall
Jim and Ann Hall take great pride in “decking their HALLS” for any holiday gathering, but Christmas is the by far the most revered. The 3500 square foot home was built in 1987. The Halls designed and built their home on the Bayou and have celebrated 30 years of wonderful, family and friend-filled Christmas gatherings in their dream home. Daughters Taylor and Morgan return each year with family to continue the tradition of a Pensacola Christmas with 4 generations – the chaos is glorious!
Living is easy in this warm and casual home with a tree house styled deck along the back overlooking the Bayou. The holiday theme brings the outside in with an abundant use of fresh greenery throughout. Ann’s collection of decorations date back to her grandmother’s antique wind-up musical choir to a plaster cast handprint of her granddaughter, reflecting the spirit of the season.

The William’s home is located in historic Old East Hill. The original house was demolished and the current house was built in 2008 for the Fabbro family by Sprague Construction. It was purchased in 2011 by David and Joyce Williams. The house is over 5000 square feet, Craftsman style with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. It features an open professional kitchen, large walk in pantry, media center, loft area and upstairs playroom. They consider their decorating style "coastal elegant".
